As Sinanoglu Law Office, as a part of Labor Law services; we evaluate the rights and needs of our both employed and employer person/company customers based on their demands; and we aim to help them to achieve the best results in their peace negotiations related to all kinds of labor law disputes and also representing them before judicial authorities in order to defend their rights.

Our activities include filing lawsuits in every area of labor law, litigation, issuance of written warnings as well as preparation of labor agreements, arrangements and negotiations on existing labor agreements, loyalty, confidentiality and non-competition clause obligations of employees, claims of liability and subrogation arising from work accidents, severance and termination benefits, preparation of acquittal contracts, re-organization and structuring of businesses.
